Kamiel is a beauty retail project created for a salon network in Odesa. The goal was to build a modern online store that goes beyond simple e-commerce by combining product catalog management, brand presentation, mobile shopping, CRM workflows, and operational automation in one ecosystem.
The platform had to support multiple product categories including perfumes, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, home goods, and related lifestyle products. It also needed to provide a smooth and attractive customer experience while remaining practical for internal business operations.
Beauty retail requires more than just a standard online store. Products need to feel premium, categories must remain easy to browse, and the overall experience has to work smoothly on mobile devices. At the same time, the business side needs tools for order management, customer communication, and automation.
